What is the Epionce story?
- Overview — Dr. Thornfeldt fused his years of research with the knowledge and expertise of a chemist who worked with among the leading beauty brands on a global scale. Together, they formed the company Episciences, Inc., launching the exclusive Epionce product line. Dr. Thronfeldt was passionate about exhaustive clinical research and testing using real humans. He wanted to be sure his products went beyond mere theory and could actually achieve winning results in the field.
- First products — His first product was the Epionce Renewal Facial Cream, designed to provide the same visible anti-aging results as retinoids but without irritation and inflammation. Next, he launched the Lytic Gel Cleanser, which provided clearer, more attractive skin without stripping the complexion of its natural oils.
As the Epionce brand grew, Dr. Thornfeldt chose an office in Boise, Idaho where he created the first official headquarters for the brand. At this phase, he took to heart his mother’s request for a more effective skincare solution and created the intensive Nourishing Cream, a thicker consistency cream that is ideal for treating photodamaged complexions, facial redness, and visible signs of aging in the neck and décolleté.
- Expansion and growth — Epionce continued to expand and evolve. A new FDA-inspected, GMP-compliant manufacturing plant was set up, and Epionce was introduced to the European market, with products available in the UK, Ireland, Poland, The Netherlands, and Hungary. Shortly after, Epionce was picked up by a Japanese company, and a line was launched in Hong Kong.
